Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated phyaya policies unless context requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phyaya Platform, registering a phyaya account, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the phyaya Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the phyaya Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and applicable Bonus Terms.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phyaya Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms as of their stated effective date.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the phyaya Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR guidelines governing licensed online gaming in the Philippines. phyaya takes underage gambling seriously and employs mandatory KYC verification to enforce this restriction. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit, where practicable.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The phyaya Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed do so entirely at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. phyaya disclaims all liability arising from access by ineligible Players.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create a valid phyaya account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of phyaya or any of its affiliated entities.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any licensed gambling platform.
• Have not previously had a phyaya account closed due to breach of these Terms.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active phyaya account at any given time. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own identity, a family member's identity, or any false identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phyaya reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings generated while a duplicate account was active.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phyaya login credentials, including your registered mobile number or email address and your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. phyaya will never contact you through any channel — including SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, Viber, or Telegram — to request your password or full account credentials.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your phyaya account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phyaya support immediately via live chat at phyaya.cam. phyaya will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account pending investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification

phyaya is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID) together with a current selfie photograph. phyaya may request additional documentation where circumstances require. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must ensure that the personal information held in your phyaya account remains accurate and current at all times. Changes to your registered contact details — including mobile number changes resulting from a SIM swap or lost phone — require identity verification before updates can be applied. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phyaya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. phyaya reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on phyaya is ₱100.00. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. phyaya does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own fees independently of phyaya.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours during normal banking windows. Processing times are targets, not guarantees — delays may occur due to payment provider maintenance, banking system outages, or phyaya's internal security review requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all phyaya withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered phyaya account holder.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money funds deposited in the same session can be withdrawn (see Section 6).
• phyaya reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that trigger internal security thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once they have been approved and submitted to the payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, VIP rewards, and promotional offers available on the phyaya Platform are subject to specific Terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific Terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific Terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all phyaya Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total value of eligible bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable Real Money. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phyaya prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting bonus terms inconsistencies, or using software tools to systematically optimise bonus value extraction. phyaya reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where bonus abuse is suspected.

6.4 VIP Programme Terms

phyaya's VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) awards loyalty benefits based on verified wagering activity. Tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and benefit terms are published on the phyaya Platform and may be updated from time to time. VIP tier status is non-transferable between accounts. phyaya reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the phyaya Platform are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, phyaya's server-side records shall constitute the authoritative and definitive record of game outcomes. phyaya's decision on disputed game outcomes is final and binding, subject to the complaints process described in Section 15.

• RNG Certification: All RNG-powered games on the phyaya Platform use certified Random Number Generation software independently audited for fairness. RTP percentages are published in the game lobby.
• Live Casino Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. All live game rules, betting limits, and side-bet options are displayed within the live game interface before any wager is placed.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets offered by phyaya are governed by the phyaya Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: phyaya reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in circumstances where odds or game outcomes were manifestly incorrect due to a system error.

Responsible Gaming

phyaya is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players on its Platform. phyaya operates in alignment with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines and provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after specified continuous play durations (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
• Cooling-Off Periods: Pause your phyaya account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The Platform becomes inaccessible for the entire period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from phyaya. Self-exclusion for a stated period is irreversible until that period expires. Contact phyaya support via live chat to initiate self-exclusion at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phyaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the phyaya Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phyaya games, betting markets, or the website interface in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage over phyaya or other Players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share non-public strategic information in live casino or multiplayer game environments.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your GCash, Maya, or bank provider in bad faith after wagering funds.
• Attempting to access another Player's phyaya account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to mask your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing phyaya's eligibility restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phyaya Platform — including but not limited to the phyaya brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, game mechanics, promotional materials, and any other creative or proprietary content — is the exclusive property of phyaya or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

phyaya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any phyaya Platform content without phyaya's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phyaya's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the phyaya Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by you to phyaya in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phyaya shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenues, expected savings, or business opportunities.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from use of the phyaya Platform.
• Indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks), telecommunications network failures, force majeure events, or governmental actions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your phyaya account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phyaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by phyaya's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

Termination

12.1 Closure by phyaya

phyaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any phyaya account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including (but not limited to): breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, chargebacks, provision of false KYC information, bonus abuse, or where continued operation of the account would place phyaya in breach of applicable law or regulatory guidelines.

Where an account is closed by phyaya for reasons other than Player misconduct or legal obligation, any real money balance held in the account (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your phyaya account at any time by contacting phyaya support via live chat at phyaya.cam. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed, and any active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Remaining real money balances will be returned to your verified payment method following KYC confirmation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phyaya's internal complaints process (see Section 15) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

phyaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms — including changes that affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or game rules — will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or mobile number at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your phyaya account before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the phyaya Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the amended Terms.
